Blessings in a Backpack Southwest Florida is proud to announce the appointment of Tony Ceresoli as its new managing director. With over 35 years of leadership in the nonprofit sector, Ceresoli joins the organization to oversee strategic growth, fundraising initiatives, and operational excellence in the fight against childhood hunger.

Ceresoli brings a wealth of institutional knowledge to the Southwest Florida Chapter, having held key leadership roles with renowned organizations, including the YMCA and Salvation Army. He is a certified professional fundraiser with a strong track record of securing significant support for community-driven programs and scaling organizational impact across diverse regions.

Beyond his professional accolades, Ceresoli’s career has taken him across seven states, providing him with a unique perspective on community service and organizational logistics. Over the past 10 years, he has established deep roots in Southwest Florida, where he led thriving nonprofit organizations and contributed to a stronger community.
